Network Engineer
Home/Office Based (flexible working)
6 - 18 month contract/£
I am representing a well established MSP who are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to come and work on one of their top customer sites.
You will be responsible role identifying, diagnosing, managing and resolving incidents, minimising the impact of any network outage and customer downtime.
Key responsibilities:
- Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Incident Diagnosis and Incident Resolution within SLA
- Required to perform on site installs and troubleshooting a wide range of network products
- You will need to ensure that the clients SLA's are achieved and to a high standard
- Experience working within a network management or operation centre environment
Key Skills:
- Experience with network monitoring tools
- Racking and stacking
- Understanding of VOIP
- CCNA or Higher qualifications CCNP is preferred
