Senior Transitions & Onboarding Specialist.
The primary purpose of the role is to coordinate and manage transition and new client on-boarding activity. The role has been created to provide additional capacity in this space following an increase in demand. The holder of this role will work closely with the Client Service Group, wider Operations area, the outsourced Back Office and other external parties, such as asset managers, to facilitate transition projects and onboarding set-up.
This role will support an experienced professional that has a track record of working in Asset Transitions and/or onboarding operations within Asset Management. From past experience they will be able to hit the ground running with taking the lead with onboarding new segregated and pooled clients, effectively coordinating and working with other groups across the firm.
Essential experience:
- Strong onboarding and/or transition experience from asset management is paramount to this role
- Ability to manage a number of projects at once, under pressure and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Experience and understanding of Pooled Funds, segregated mandates and in-specie activities is a must.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise work and deliver to agreed deadlines.
- Good understanding of operational aspects surrounding derivative instruments.
- Proven ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders
