C#.Net developer, WCF, REST/SOAP, Gulp/Grunt, Kafka, AWS, Hedge Fund,Trading.
This is a new role with top-tier global hedge fund in London, looking for a Senior C#.Net developer to work on a greenfield project within Front Office Fixed Income Macro Trading.
*Previous Financial Services Experience Is Not Essential For This Role*
The role sits in a Front Office C# Technology team working closely with the business stakeholders. You will be responsible for design and development of a series of new applications in C# and .NET to scale and evolve business capability within the Front Office.
The tech stack is predominantly focused on C#.Net programming, with wider use of SQL Server within a highly Agile/DevOps oriented environment. This is a senior role with real scope across design and development, in an environment that is flat, fast-paced and highly-progressive.
You must have the following skills and experience to be considered:
- Strong experience in C#.Net programming
- Database experience, SQL-based eg MS SQL Server and T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS
- Testing framework experience eg JEST, MOCHA, Chai, Jasmine
Preferred Requirements
- Messaging technologies Kafka/ActiveMQ or similar
- AWS, OpenShift, Docker
Rate is negotiable between £550-£750/day via Umbrella company, depending on relevant skills and experience.
