VMWare Consultant, VCF, vRealize Suite, NSX-T, Remote, 3 months, £Good
Our client, the UK's market-leading strategic service partner to the IT channel community, are looking for Senior VMWare Consultant, specialising in VMware Cloud Foundation and the vRealize Suite to join the team at an exciting time due to growth and expansion within VMWare capabilities. The role will be primarily remote based, and will be full time for 3 months, starting ASAP. Having security clearance is also desirable.
As background to the role, the successful candidate will act as a technical authority at Consultant level, working alongside and supporting the development of solutions to customers of the client. They will be leading and presenting customer opportunities in terms of qualifying requirements and delving into workshop sessions. The role will have both Senior and hands on technical responsibilities. They will also be expected to lead and contribute to Statement of Works and Invitations to Tenders for customer opportunities. They will be working with teams within the organisation and be able to speak with customers daily, therefore it is important the candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills & has had Five or more years of experience in a technical consulting type role previously.
The successful candidate will need to be strong in multiple VMWare products, including skills & experience in VCF, vRealize Automation, vRealize Operations, & NSX-T. Having skills in other VMWare technologies including vSphere, vSAN, vRealize Orchestrator, vRealize Lifecycle Manager, vRealize Log Insight & Workspace ONE Access are also advantageous. Being accredited in VCP or VCAP is also desirable.
