We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for an Azure Architect to join their team for a six-month contract.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives:
In this role, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop Azure cloud infrastructure solutions, which includes hybrid cloud design and implementation.
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Experience with Enterprise application and database architecture
* Experience with deploying cloud-based solutions and workload migration strategy using tools
* Create architecture artefacts and documentation to explain enterprise architecture design concepts and solutions effectively
* Recommend new Azure services to complement and enhance infrastructure elements to stream-line and support applications development and deployment
The candidate should have attained professional certifications and hands-on experience in the following areas with implementation experience in Azure:
* Platform, storage, database and virtualization
* Cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS)
* Container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
