Direct Support Agent (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Installation of new hardware (laptops, laptops, printers and other peripherals) and software within the Schaffhausen (perform Change Management), that are not covered by standard support agreements with existing suppliers
- Handle incidents - Keeping the customer updated on the status of reported incidents as well as keeping the Call-logging system (Remedy) updated with current information on the case, recommendation and resolution
- Escalate incidents to the Service Delivery Analyst
- Tape handling, backup and restore of local servers
- Cable management, local network enabling activities
- Direct support for projects and new technologies
- Visiting Managers support and connections.
- First line fix for meeting room connections
- Local peripheral asset management
- Handle incidents according to SLA and Customer Satisfaction
- Timely escalate incidents
Ihre Qualifikation
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows platforms and products (Windows versions, Office, Exchange)
- Microsoft product certification(s) (not essential)
- Cisco IP Telephony
- Blackberry/Smartphone experience
- Apple technologies
- Remedy v4 & v7
- Networker Management Console
- Ethernet patching
- Infrastructure cabling experience
- ITIL
- Experience in a busy corporate IT department or similar and experience of service delivery in a global company
- English and German
