My client are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM IT Service Manager who will be overseeing their MS Dynamics CRM platform.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the MS Dynamics service life cycle management, including procurement, development, integration, modification, operation, maintenance, and disposal of a business service
  • Identifying and managing customer needs and requirements and ensuring that the delivery team is able to meet those with an appropriate catalogue of services.
  • Owns his/her service area business roadmap & adjusts the service roadmap according to collected inputs from stakeholders
  • Plans and owns service area budget
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with customers

Competence Required:

  • IT Service management
  • MS Dynamics 365 CRM: Service management
  • ITIL® Practitioner Certification - IT Service Management

Client is based in Finland but the role can be completed 100% remotely although candidates will have to be based in an EU location.
