Ihre Aufgaben:
- Analysis and improvement of written test cases (together with concept and design engineering)
- Automation of these test cases to a test bench
- Design and implementation of test software in Matlab script language and other script languages
- Design and implementation of supporting MS Windows DLLs / GUI in Ansi C, Visual C++/C#
- Verification of the IC using the test bench including in circuit debugger, also in corner cases and under different temperature conditions
- Testing of workarounds for external customer and internal platform program in case of failure cases
- Close contact to concept engineering, design team, system platform team and application engineering
Ihre Qualifikation
- Master degree in electrical engineering, information technology or physics required
- Programming skills in C and Matlab required
- Knowledge about how to use GPIB / VISA and serial channels as a communication interface
- Experience with lab equipment desired (digital oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplies)
- Knowledge about embedded systems and ARM microcontroller and DLL and GUI development within Visual C/C++/C# and .NET is an advantage
