For one of our clients we are looking for a Interactive Project ManagerProject Aim:
Project manager for Media retainer team for a financial client.
Our client helps the client to boost their sales through digital channels (online account application form) with Search Engine Marketing (SEM), online display activity, Paid Search and an Affiliate Programme.
Main Duties:
- Update the client systems (project status, contracts, invoices, staffing)
- Act as point of contact for team and internal departments
- Act as day-to-day point of contact for clients
- Support account director
· Assist the pursuit team to complete RFP's, project scoping, sizing and pricing estimates
· Assists to drive project delivery through effective use of internal and client status meetings
· Clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria to the team.
· Day-to-day project management tasks or to support track leads for small and mid-sized media tracks (PPC, SEO, online display)
· Manage and control overall retainer budget, resourcing, invoices and retainer contracts
· Assists Account Director in managing client relationships and preparing for client meetings.
· Plans and executes client workshops.
· Develops relationships with appropriate client stakeholders while acting as day-to-day contact for client on track related communications
· Assure that projects complete according to schedule and within budget
· Contribute to Media Planning/strategy (SEO; PPC and especially online display )
Required skills/experience:
Project Management experience in an advertising agency and/or consultancy company- Media agency experience
