Description
Principal Scientist, Bioanalytics of Biologics vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years of experience as lab head
- Expertise in the development of cell-based assays and immunoassays, preferably in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of working under GxP is a major plus
- Strengths include excellent communication as well as team and leadership skills
- PhD or Master Degree, preferably with postdoctoral experience in life sciences with a strong background in cell biology or biochemistry
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German skills are favored
Your tasks:
- Designing, developing, validating and executing different bioanalytical assays to characterise and assess the biological activity of biopharmaceuticals in clinical development
- Cooperating with laboratory associates along with designing and developing a range of bioanalytical methods which include target binding assays and cell-based potency assays
- Participating in several project teams as well as contributing to the preparation of clinical trial applications and registration documents
