Description

Solution Architect vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the technological sector.
Your experience/skills:
  • 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Solution Architect working Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solutions
  • Practice in designing contact center architecture
  • Expertise with Automatic Call Distribution, Intelligent Networking, Call Recorders as well as with Voice Encryption methodologies and types
  • Proficiency in working with Public Switched Telephone Networks and Private Automatic Branch Exchange
  • Knowhow of VoIP Fundamentals along with network expertise including LAN and WAN
  • Familiarity with cloud based call center solutions as well as with Salesforce
  • Strong skills in collaboration with different business team across the world, external suppliers and development teams across different time zones
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Leading the overall solution design of various CTI solutions, focusing on integration with a Salesforce platform
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert and contributing to technical as well as functional design
  • Supporting Business Owners with business requirements and performing business analysis including outlining problems, opportunities and solutions to back decisions for new or changed CTI solutions
  • Gathering, documenting and reviewing business requirements while providing a good understanding of product and business owner needs, transparency and continual engagement
  • Defining solutions fulfilling customer requirements by understanding the customer journey and business value realisation
  • Ensuring quality documentation of functional specifications with high level design and technical design documentation
  • Assisting with testing activities including UAT as well as sharing solution design principles and architecture with business stakeholders
  • Driving continuous development and innovation of the solution to enable increased solution value realisation while ensuring leverage of best practices
