A SAP Consultant with Warehouse Management experience is required to work on a six month contract, with the possibility of extension for our Engineering Client based in Irlam, Manchester.

Our client is recognised as a leading manufacturer of industrial diesel engines.

Overview SAP Consultant contract

Migrating sites on to new system, worked up a backlog of orders.

Support and training on issues and resolutions.

Key part is supporting the operations team, working with warehouse team, inbound or order picking, shipping, dispatch, etc.

First point of contact for technical support or systems.

Working alongside other superusers who will onboard them depending on which part of SAP they will be working with.

Transportation management team. System development team. IT team and integration partner.

Key skills required for the SAP Consultant

Warehouse/operations SAP skill set.

Tableau, Power BI experience is beneficial.

SAP EWM in parts/distribution warehouse. Practical application of a few years.

SAP TM (preferred but not essential)

Ability to understand and manipulate Excel data.

The role is based in Irlam, Manchester
