Ingénieur Windows Server / Fluent French (w/m) poste disponible chez notre client dan le secteur des télécommunications à Genève.Votre connaissance :
- Compétence de Windows server (de 2003 à 2016)
- Solide connaissance de Active Director est un avantage
- Langues : Français ecouramment écrits et parlés
Votre mission:
- Support de la production tel que Windows AD; DNS, GPO, WSUS, Centos, Backup (Tina) et support applicatif
- Tenir à jour la documentation relative aux opérations, comme le manuel opérationnel et le guide d'installation
- Gérer l'environnement de l'utilisateur en étant responsable de la configuration, de la définition et de la gestion de l'expérience du bureau du client ainsi qu'une assistance de troisième niveau pour les applications principales de la banque, y compris le contrôle des performances et la résolution des problèmes de performance des clients
