Description
Client Advisor vacancy requiring profound Italian and French knowledge for a globally operating Ticino based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Business training or a comparable completed basic training in banking or in a similar field
- Several years of experience as a customer advisor or in a similar role as well as sound banking expertise
- Ability to make new contacts, build long-term customer relationships and convince and inspire people
- Proven track record in achieving sales results as well as the openness to challenge new tasks
- Ability to quickly adapt to new situations that digital change brings with it while also being comfortable with customer contact, helpfulness and service orientation
- Languages: Italian and French, fluent in written and spoken, English and German would be an advantage
Your tasks:
- Offering solutions directly in daily contact with financial intermediaries for example professional customers
- Handling daily customer inquiries and orders
- Taking responsibility for the further development of customers and in the acquisition of customers
- Inspiring customers with the companies banking solutions
