Responsibilities include:Offer Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Mirakl's Platform, use cases, and services, as well as the best practices and how these provide value to our customers.
Collaborate & Deliver: Work with different internal teams to provide implementation support for achieving client requirements.
Have Technical Aptitude: Serve as a Mirakl functional & technical expert able to understand and speak to current web technologies such as RESTful API's, data-interchange formats, and common solution architectural patterns. Develop a deep understanding of client's eCommerce ecosystem and provide expertise on how to best integrate with Mirakl.
Manage a team of people and ensure completion of deliverables as per schedule.
Review business requirements working with other team members & perform a technical analysis of client requirements.
Train the subordinate team of developers and guide the team in all technical perspectives.
Project Skills:
Hands-on experience creating and customizing Marketplace features on an eCommerce platform Hands-on experience on developing and consuming Rest API.
Good Understanding of the end-to-end marketplace business process Familiar with the features and functionalities available on the Mirakl Seller and Operator Portal.
Familiar with the working of MCM and MCI Clear understanding on the concepts of seller, operator, offers, catalogs, marketplace commissions and taxes.
Produce detailed technical design.
Work with the QA and Customer Support teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround.
Skills Required:
4+ years of techno functional experience in Mirakl marketplace implementations.
7+ years of experience in eCommerce, software consulting/development role.
Hands on experience in integrating SAP Commerce eCommerce platform with Mirakl using Mirakl Connector.
Experience with data-interchange formats such as JSON/XML, Postman (or equivalent HTTP client), and RESTful APIs.
String work experience in developing applications using Java & J2ee technologies.
Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision.
Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows.
Previous customer facing experience required; customer oriented with highly professional communication skills.
In-depth Knowledge and hands on experience on the Mirakl API.
