Ihre Aufgaben:
- Manage the quality team and be responsible for developing and coordinating site related quality systems and activities
- Interface with customers regarding specific quality requirements and issues
- Define and specify the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of our processes and products
- Advise the management on all quality related topics and issues while coordinating quality activities with the overall company business strategy and quality strategies of parent companies
Ihre Qualifikation
- University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Physics or a related field and possess in-depth applicable experience in quality management and in the semiconductor industry
- Knowledge of quality management and methods, customer return processes, business process management and customer interaction as well as of the relevant quality norms ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949
- Strong leadership, management and and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills as well as German and English
