Ihre Aufgaben:
- Design of analog/RF circuits (amplifiers, synthesizer, VCO, PLL, mixer, modulator, ADC’s, DAC’s, OPAMPs, filter etc.)
- Simulation (ADS, Matlab/Simulink) and design, layout of printed circuit boards
- Debugging of board functions
- Test, analysis and validation of analog circuitry
- Board qualification under extreme conditions
- Design of qualification tools; test automation
- Layout verification and optimisation
- Test and qualification documentation
- Factory support
- Reproduction for small pre-series
- Frequency range: 1,8GHz to 2,6GHz
Ihre Qualifikation
- Knowledge of analog/RF functional blocks
- Knowledge of RF-measurement techniques
- Understanding of complex circuit diagram and layout designs
- Familiar with measurement equipment (network analyzer; signal generator; signal analyzer; spectrum analyzer)
- Basic knowledge of mobile air interface standards as GSM; WCDMA and 4G/LTE
- Experienced handling of Matlab/Simulink and ADS
- Good English and German language skills
