Ihre Aufgaben:
- Business process analysis and redesign: business analysis; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation.
- Systems implementation: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
- General consulting, including: team facilitation, business case development, and assessment / strategy.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Deep Oracle Application configuration experience
- Experience in multi-org environment with multi-currency reporting
- Experience in country specific Localization requirements and Oracle related setup
- Experience in developing and delivering training program
- Multiple Oracle implementations of the Functional Track
- Strong Knowledge in Oracle AIM method deliverables, including the BR100.
- Communication skills: strong presentation / communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).
- Must have completed at least 3 full life cycle Oracle Implementations in the respective track
- Detailed knowledge of Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)
- Must possess strong leadership skills
- Ability to travel up to 100%
