1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - 6 Month Contract - Barnstaple
A brilliant client of mine based in Barnstaple is looking for a well rounded 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to start with them on minimum 6 month contract to assist with the workload and increase of clients they are taking on.
Ideally you will be able to work onsite however a hybrid arrangement can be agreed for the right candidate.
Criteria
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Provision of onsite and remote support to end users.
- Provision of 2nd line support for resolution of incidents and service requests in accordance with SLA guidelines.
- Escalation of incidents to 3rd line where necessary.
- Hardware and software fault diagnosis skills and troubleshooting.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 8/10 environment and associated technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Exchange.
- Knowledge and experience of working with Active Directory.
- Create and maintain technical documentation where appropriate and ensure that assets are correctly recorded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
