Ihre Aufgaben:
- Leading authority for the design and update of the CMDB Data Model including:
- CI Classes
- CI Attributes
- CI Librarian Rules
- CI Relationships
- Audit the quality of the CMDB content regarding completeness and correctness of data and CI referential integrity towards other sources
- Advisory role towards CMDB user organization regarding CI Lifecycle models and consistency
- Advisory and approval for the creation of new CI Classes and Attributes in the CMDB
- Highest instance to ensure adherence to "Highlander Rule" re. contributing data sources towards the federated CMDB Model
- Highest instance to audit, advise and enforce adherence to CI Librarian rules
- Gather and document all CMDB related knowledge
- Monitor & report on selected CMDB related KPIs
- Draft & communicate CMDB quality improvement measures
Ihre Qualifikation
- General ITIL knowledge across all processes (Foundation V2 or V3)
- Profound knowledge and practical experience in the area of Service Asset & Configuration Management
- Practical experience in the area of IT Service Management / IT Operations
- Broad knowledge of CI classes, their main technical details and their implication re. Service Management requirements
- Strength and capability of scrutiny (details of the CMDB design) - "book-keeper" personality
- DB architecture & design knowledge
- Good analytical and consulting skills
- Good presentation skills
