Ihre Aufgaben:
- Reporting to the Head of IT Vendor Management & Sourcing, the role-holder will take an active role in service delivery, administration and analysis activity for the IT Vendor Management & Sourcing Strategy function in line with business needs. This includes:
- Qualifying & processing new reqirements with stakeholders & vendors to ensure the challenging speed to market targets are achieved
- Managing the selection of qualified vendors on a pan-European basis and negotiating commitments to optimise the business value delivered
- Monitoring vendor performance against contractual commitments and optimising the vendor cost base in line with operating targets
- Ensuring contractual and regulatory requirements are met with respect to vendors and manage risks associated with the vendor management and sourcing strategy
Ihre Qualifikation
- Experience of working successfully in a Vendor Management or Procurement team preferred but not essential
- IT, Trading or Finance industry experience would be advantageous
- An excellent communicator with proven stakeholder management skills
- Capability/skills in complex negotiations and deal closing preferred
- Ability to influence and manage across multiple international cultures and a geographically diverse portfolio.
- Good written and verbal English & German skills
- Able to travel occasionally within Europe
