Ihre Aufgaben:
- Workflow (WF) expert and WF developer who is familiar with the UWL (Universal Worklist) functionality
- This aspect of the project pertains to the Customer Blocking component---a component which permits a unified mechanism to take actions against customers for not paying their bills
- Within the UWL (as well as in the workitems generated in SAP GUI), it is required to have a popup box presented to the users when they select the "Reject" option in the user decision task
- That popup box will then provide the users with the ability to enter their reason for rejection
- That text from that reason for the rejection will then show up as work item text in the subsequent work item that occurs after the rejection is processed
- It is crucial that this functionality is available for the UWL in SAP''s standard Portal Inbox functionality
