Complete Description:
Design, validate, implement, document, and support Test Equipment within a Global manufacturing environment. Analysis of tester data through SPC controls, and use of good project management skills, to insure product Quality and Continuous improvement. Software programming skills are a primary function of this job
Duties Include:
- New Product Introduction support, validation, and training.
- Estimate, track, and control project costing.
- Use of schematic capture and CCA layout tools.
- Repair and refurbishment of Global Test Equipment.
- Assist Quality organization with data collection, SPC, and equipment analysis.
- Candidate must be able to design test equipment from concept to complete global roll out to the manufacturing floor.
- Associate will be required to interface with Design Engineering, Central Manufacturing, Production Process Engineers, and Plant Management staff during project design and critical manufacturing periods.
Requirements:
- Extensive software programming skills are required.
- Object oriented software programming, .dll applications, multi-language support, and .INI file usage are required skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering - Required, 4 years, Advanced
- Related experience - Required, 1 year, Intermediate
- C programming experience - Required, 1 year, Intermediate
- Domestic and International travel - Required, 6 months, Beginner
- Excellent project management, communication, and training skills - Required, 4 years, Advanced
- Software programming skills - Required, 4 years, Advanced
- CVI, OrCAD, XP Pro, MS Project, PDM, and SPC tools - Required, 4 years, Advanced
