Amoria Bond Banking & Finance are looking for consultant who is an Business Process expert in Service centre's in banks to help one of our clients in the Banking industry to redesign their processes in the Service centre.

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:

Strong knowledge of Service centre (Corporate Products)
Strong Business Process experience
Performance Management
Planning & Control
Operational Management
You must be able to speak fluent Dutch

This is very much and advisory role, rather than a BPM role.

The role is based in the Randstad and is to start ASAP.
The role will last for at least 5 months
