Description
Our client is currently seeking a Senior WebLogic Portal Developer with extensive J2EE and Content Management Systems (CMS) experience to work in either Richmond or Vienna, VA on a six month contract (with possibility of extension). The Contractor will be responsible for designing and developing components and frameworks, with direction from the Application Architect and reporting to the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Java/JEE, self-directing, and capable of incorporating new technologies into the application platform.
Required Technical Skills:
* 4 years of Java/J2EE development experience
* 2 years of CMS/JSR 170 content repositories (implementing CMS solutions with workflow)
* 2 years of Spring, Hibernate, Eclipse IDE, XML/XSD
* 2 years of SQL/JDBC
* 2 years of WebLogic Application Server
* 2 years of Object Oriented Design with knowledge of design patterns
