Solid experience implementing, troubleshooting, and administering Windows Servers , Exchange Server 2003, MS SQL Servers , VM Ware ESX, Active Directory, Group Policy, and SAN technologies.
Citrix Presentation Server 4.5
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, plus 5 years experience that reflects a senior level of responsibilities; or equivalent education and experience+

Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with multiple projects at one time.
Ability to delegate work to other staff members as needed. (While this is a hands on position there is the additional responsibility of supervising a team of junior admins.)
Mentor junior administrators.
May lead or direct the work of others, providing training and quality assurance for their work.
Monitor projects from beginning to end to insure their success.

The Senior Windows System Administrator works in conjunction with the Director of Network, Open Systems, and Telephony Services.
The Senior Windows Systems Administrator will have overall responsibility for the administration of the Open Systems components of the IT data center. The Windows Systems Administrator will be responsible for all related critical service levels, delivery of troubleshooting and problem resolution in accordance with Service Levels covering the standard hardware, software platforms and approved application portfolio.
