A leading Bank is seeking a Marketing Planning Manager to Support the Senior Marketing Planning Manager with the creation of strategic Marketing Communications plans, campaign briefs and project management of integrated campaigns.The successful candidate will ideally be from a corporate, financial background and be highly organised with good presentation skills, the ability to work on their own initiative.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the Senior Marketing Planning Manager with the creation of strategic Marketing Communication plans
- Working with stakeholders enter new demand onto the Plan by creating strategic Marketing briefs and serving these in to the marketing channels
- Project manage integrated marketing campaigns.
- Working with product and channel colleagues map, develop and improve the customer communications journey to enhance acquisition, on boarding, retention and growth
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues within Marketing and the business
- Ensure evaluation requirements are briefed in and that this is executed and tracked
- Work across the Marketing Planning team to ensure the planning cycle runs effectively, working with colleagues to ensure business briefs are received on time with sufficient information/detail to support the planning process
- Have an understanding of the changing regulatory environment, to fully support the business.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills (ideally within financial services):
- Attention to detail is a must
- Good stakeholder management skills;
- Recent FS experience Working in a busy Marketing/Comms environment
- Used to delivering within tight deadlines in a changing environment
