My client, a PCT based in the South East urgently seeks an experienced Commissioning Manager to work with Older People, LTC and End of Life integrated agendas. Ideally you will have worked in a similar or more senior position working in conjunction with both the NHS and Local Authorities.
You should be immediately available as this role is interviewing on Friday with a start date of Monday September 5th. This contract has a long initial term of 6 months and is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic forward looking trust.
You must have worked in conjunction with a local authority/third party stakeholders to deliver integrated commissioning and fully understand the complexities of Older People, LTC and End of Life commissioning.
This is a transitional role and will enable the trust to deliver its 2 year investment plans to support the development of social care agendas, admissions management and to ensure that multiple work streams are delivered.
You will be proactive, positive and politically aware, with strong communication skills you will be able to co-ordinate and manage complex agendas whilst working closely with associated organisations.
