Our Client has an urgent need for 3 Sr. Technical Support Specialist in the Columbus, GA area.

Job Description:
Responsible for working with the Aflac Business Units in migrating their current Access databases to Access 2010. Duties include migrating, optimizing, testing and implementing these databases into the production environment. Additionally, the following criteria is a must:

MUST KNOW AquaLogic

Technical Skills:
Microsoft Platforms: Intermediate
Intel-based PCs: Intermediate
Microsoft Office: Intermediate
Hardware & OS Management: Intermediate
MS Window Technologies: Intermediate
Networking Technologies: Basic
Software Evaluation: Intermediate
Troubleshooting: Intermediate
Microsoft Office Certification - Required
Proficient in Access
Database Administration - Preferred

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs moderately complex maintenance and support on a variety of software/hardware products; works on projects as needed, and provides input during project-planning and requirements phase.
- Troubleshoots basic to intermediate-level technical issues/problems; provides on -the-spot training to customers and documents solutions; uses scripts and checklists when appropriate.
- Researches, evaluates, and recommends personal computer technologies from the corporate standards list.
- Participates in the development of technical solutions for customer improvements
- Maintains problem-tracking logs; identifies and communicates the existence of patterns in tracking logs as appropriate.

Shuttle Transportation avail. on the south side of Atlanta daily for a very reasonable Fee.
