Description
Award winning global organisation are looking for a CRM Data & Insight Manager to performance manage the Relationship Marketing database platform supplier, work closely with in-market teams to help drive their RM strategy, lead the development and continued roll-out of the RM database platform and support digital marketing activity.
Candidates must also have the ability to drive enhanced marketing planning, develop and deliver a multi-channel RM, M&E approach that is aligned with global brand objectives. Deliver regular reporting and management insight and be able to provide guidance for the business and deliver best practice RM acquisition.
Knowledge & Experience:
*Consumer insight and marketing planning background, specifically in CRM and Digital
*Experience managing data suppliers and large pools of customer data
*Strong direct and digital marketing knowledge, including social media
*CRM data analysis experience
*Strong computer literacy/website development literacy would be advantageous.
