My client a large blue chip organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Instructional Designer. The purpose of the role is to apply advanced Adult learning theories into the organisation. Professional qualification in training/adult learning (CIPD, Certificate in Training Practice/Training & Development diploma). You are required to have a strong understanding of Instructional Design and ADDIE process. Knowledge of adult learning principles. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Storyboarding/E-learning preferred. Ability to take a broad perspective and link to strategies and perspectives.
