SAP Data Migration Lead - Darwin 3 month contract with possible extension
We are looking for an experienced Data Migration consultant with 5 years plus experience on implementation projects, preferably with at least two full life cycle projects. Ideally you will be available to start immediately and be authorized to work in Australia. The client will meet weekly travel and accommodation expenses. Role description below:
- A hands on role to lead, mentor, advice and do the migration from the Legacy system to the source system.
- To work across both client and vendor ensuring that the migration process is controlled and managed eliminating any process, or organisational gaps
- To directly lead the client resources, ensuring direction, quality and supervision
- To ensure that QA is being conducted systematically ensuring that data is migrated is accurate
- To advise, recommend and collaborate with vendor to ensure the end to end process is delivered
- To be adaptable, have the breadth of experience to problem solve, and change approach as facts change
- To ensure migration is delivered and reduce the risk of errors and exceptions
