Field Service Engineer/Fee for Service Engineers are required ASAP to join a Leading Service Provider based in Newstead on a 6 month contract.Job Purpose: To repair equipment under multi vendor platforms and equipmentTo be successful in this role you will meet the following key criteria:- Have a basic understanding of limited set of products or equipment, example, retail tills, desktop PC's, banking terminals and their application in a business environment
- Have a working knowledge of relevant company policies and procedures
- Is aware of key performance indicators and their importance
- Is able to work routine, shift or overtime hours as directed by manager
What do we want from you ?
- Qualifies through an approved trainee scheme, or
- Has minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role servicing work experience in a similar role servicingcomputer equipment
- Should have driver's license as expected to go to client locations and fix technical issues.
