Credit Manager
The IOI credit manager heads up a team of 25, and is responsible for €1.3b of cash collections, Credit and risk management strategy and execution. The team also manages Billing, EDI, customer master data and Anti-money laundering policy execution. The credit manager works in close partnership with Commercial and Commercial Finance
Responsibilities
- Responsible for collection and billing of €1.3 billion cash PA
- Driving the ’caring about cash every day’ agenda
- Leading and motivating a high performing Credit function, in a difficult environment
- Play a pivotal part in maintaining governance and compliance within the function
- Beating the average and actual cash targets
- Leading the change resulting from implementation of SBM and alignment to global processes, and Western Europe standardisation
- Ownership of the Finance function’s performance promise, and alignment with the WE and DBS deliverables in relation to cash and credit management
- Maintain the Compliance and Control standards in place for the functions
Requirements
- Qualified accountant or Credit management qualification, with minimum 5 years experience post qualification
- Previous experience in Risk mitigation desirable
- Customer facing and/or Commercial business partnering desirable
- Strong leadership and people manager skills
