Duties and Requirements:
Executive personal assistant who will be fully accountable for for all diary management, travel, accommodation, setting up internal and external meetings which you may also be required to attend.
Creating / producing professional presentations and corporate packs to a timeframe is essential
Ideally you will have supported a busy team of senior management previously and be happy developing strong relationships with all levels of clients
You will be the first point of contact for all administration/client management within the team
Responding to internal queries be capable and confident to contribute to team and departmental meetings.
Develop an understanding of key clients and their business within the team and have a flexible, hands-on attitude
Skills required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels with a demonstrated background of the above, within a busy team support role is essential for this role
Advanced levels using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Degree Qualified in Business/ Arts/ Relative Discipline
Characterisitcs: Bright, energetic, direct,introverted, instrumental,intelligent and academia candidate who can assist on projects and grow into the role with themThis is initially a 6 month contract role with a view to extension for the right candidate.
