Description
My London based Client is looking for an experienced Regulatory Manager to deliver an FSA compliant ICAAP document that is supported by an effective control framework and policies.
The successful candidate will also support the CRO in delivering the FSA change of control documentation that will be required for up to two transactions including undertaking Board education training, as well as delivering specific board training to support the regulatory approval process
You must have:
*At least 5-10 years' experience in financial services
*Delivered an FSA compliant ICAAP in a financial services organisation
*Have strong relationship skills and is able to effectively manage relationships across key stakeholders including the FSA.
