Description
My Gatwick based client is looking for a Commercial Facilities and Project Manager to assist in ensuring that all assets are safe and secure on behalf of the commercial department, ensuring all facilities elements of the asset stewardship programme are delivered, reviewed and amended to protect the commercial portfolio including third party owned assets. To deliver commercial revenue projects with best practice in safety, procurement and environmental impact. To ensure third party changes are managed correctly and safely on the commercial estate.
Principal Accountabilities
. Supporting the Asset Management Team with dilapidation's, schedule of condition and changes of occupations for maintenance plans
. 3rd party control for minor works maintenance and supporting the delivery of the commercial strategy
. Assisting with the management of maintenance delivery, ensuring that all processes are running effectively and efficiently so that reliability and performance is continually improved
. Assist in the monitoring of compliance of works undertaken to ensure that work plan being delivered in accordance with agreed plan and for ensuring that robust measures are in place to record compliance
. Raising orders and permits to facilitate work
. Ensure safety is managed on site, carrying out permit control
. Ensure delivery of commercial revenue spend
Qualifications and Experience
- Educated to HND level or equivalent in an engineering discipline
- Engineering specific safety related standards and regulations
- Database management skills desirable
