Title: Oracle CWB (Compensation Workbench) Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA
Type: 18 Month Contract

Position Summary
CCCi's client has an immediate 18 month contract opportunity for an Oracle CWB (Compensation Workbench) Consultant. The Oracle CWB Consultant will support our client's compensation initiatives. The selected individual will play a key role in the transformational aspects of Oracle based solutions for Compensation processes and programs including: the creation/modification of program development/deployment, governance processes, data integrity, and support. He or she will act as a liaison between the Compensation Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and IT to develop requirements and configure solutions via Oracle Compensation Workbench (CWB) that will allow the client to quickly connect people to Compensation information, tools and processes

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Oracle Compensation Workbench (CWB) to meet the global requirements of our client's Compensation Programs
- Act as a liaison with IT to develop technical solutions for maintaining Oracle User Defined Tables (UDTs) and Extra Information Types (EITs)
- Applies understanding of Oracle Compensation Workbench (CWB) to compensation global and local processes
- Works with the Functional SMEs to develop and document a consistent testing methodology for updating or adding new Compensation Programs to Oracle Compensation Workbench (CWB)
- Assists in the development of global program user documentation and training materials and may assist in delivering training
- Identify, document, and deliver potential process/program improvement areas
- Responsible for Configuration management related to Oracle Compensation Workbench (CWB) including: Change Control, Audit and Problem Tracking/Resolution
- Participate in other compensation related projects as needed

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Human Resources from an accredited institution required
- Minimum 5 years of Oracle HRMS Configuration
- Large-scale cross functional project team experience
- Experience with implementing and configuring Oracle Compensation Workbench
