Software Engineer
The Novi Michigan client is a growing company specializing in CRM systems and social media management. We are looking for a passionate software developer to update and create new capabilities for our Customer Connect platform, and to support day-to-day operations.
Requirements or Qualifications:
Strong programming experience with J2EE, and knowledge of Design Patterns and OO best practices required
Understanding of version control systems, software development methodologies and software engineering for production systems. UML experience a plus.
Knowledge of MySQL (version 5.0 + ) database development, especially using Hibernate/ORM systems
Experience using Maven and Eclipse/Netbeans, or similar tools
Bachelors degree required, industry experience preferred
The client is looking for a combination of a Bachelors degree and industry experience of 1-5 years. The client is using cutting edge technology. It is a face paced environment and growing fast. They are a software company focusing on CRM and helping their clients connect to their customers using Social Media.
Social Media experience is a huge plus. Candidates will have FaceBook, LinkIn accounts, Twitter and Blogging experience.
