Interim Deputy General Manager for West Midlands
Our client is currently looking for a Deputy General Manager to support them for the next 3 months, this is a new post that has been created due to organisational change.
The role will involve providing day to day operational support to the existing General Manager and Associate Director. Leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team to improve performance, monitoring contract performance, and improving medical operations will be key to this role.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a senior managerial role within a community healthcare setting, coupled with experience of delivering change to patient services with tangible and sustained improvements.
