Sales Team Manager - Telephony - Banking - London - Circa £200 per dayYour role will be to ensure the effective management of team and operational performance of the business's sales centre.
This will involves ensuring successful revenue generation through hitting sales targets, coaching the sales teams to achieve set service levels and identifying operational, procedural and human relation issues within the sales centre.
You will also work to improve customer service and ensure control and governance are adhered to. There is also a requirement to cross sell and manage ongoing campaign activity.
To be considered you will have an excellent track record of managing a high performing sales team in a business to business telephony environment. Knowledge of the financial industry and payment acceptance and issuing is highly desirable, as is experience working in a FSA controlled environment.
You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and will be confident coaching and managing individuals. Ability to apply governance, controls and risk management would also be advantageous.
