Description

The main focus of the role is to maintain existing relationships with internal and external client users of the online services and manage the successful implementation of these products to new clients.

This entails:
* Project managing the implementation of online services, as applicable, within client organisations to agreed timescales.

This includes but is not limited to:
o defining an implementation plan and associated policies;
o processes and procedures;
o management of organisation structure set-up and access rights;
o on-site training and awareness sessions;
o all applicable documentation; eg training guides/manuals and best practice guidance
* Management and development of marketing materials working with members of the business to obtain specialist information whilst adhering to the firms' visual identity parameters.
* Managing the content publishing process including carrying out annual content reviews, managing version control globally and working with external agencies on translations.
* Provide input into the development of any new or amended online service, including working with internal IT and third party suppliers on designing and assisting with testing of the services, and documenting support procedures.
* Maintain agreed support levels with clients and all applicable IT groups and third party-vendors, eg response times, downtime, capacity levels, monitoring, issue resolution etc.
* Monthly reviews of COMPLY (an E-learning compliance tool) clients post implementation to ensure continued client satisfaction is maintained.
* Responsibility for all business support processes and procedures including capturing and reporting on client feedback and documentation.
* Responsibility for the resolution of any technical or operations issues that may be highlighted by the client.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with Internet/Extranet application systems, including the application of automated systems that support specific business functions or processes such as e-marketing and e-sales, online booking systems and information retrieval systems. Rudimentary knowledge of the software platforms on which the applications run and understanding of the business environment in which they operate, and their function would be a distinct advantage. You should also be familiar with Information Capture Techniques, and have experience of the selection and application of information gathering methods, tools and techniques.
