Description
Swim Social Work Team are looking to recruit a Senior Social Worker in the Adults Team based in Bedfordshire. This is a 3 month, full time position.Your job will be to:
*Assist in delivering quality services through objective based performance management
*Be responsible for a range of managerial and supervisory duties
*Carry a caseload of complex cases
*Supervise professional social care staff and their workload
*Providing advice & guidance and ensure the maintenance of professional standards of service delivery
You must have the following experience:
*At least 3 years post qualification experience in Social Work
*Minimum of 1 years experience in a Adults Team
You will need the following qualifications:
*Social Work degree / DIPSW
*Full GSCC registration
