Swim Social Work Recruitment are looking to recruit a Group Manager/LADO to join a Safeguarding Children's Team based in Hackney. This is a full time role for the next 2 months.

You must hold GSCC registration and have substantial post qualification experience. The client will not accept CV's if you do not hold this registration/experience, so please apply if applicable.

Your job will be;
*To act as LADO
*To develop effective community partnership work with communities, voluntary organisations, churches to ensure safeguarding embedded in their culture.
*To assist all partner agencies in developing good recruitment practices.
*To ensure effective multi-agency training programme is in place.
*To support all sub-committees of the Safeguarding Board.
*To help all statutory agencies embed a strong safeguarding culture in their organisations.
*To undertake management reviews.
*To support Head of Service in development and delivery of annual business plan.
*To lead on ensuring the Safeguarding Board enables agencies to deliver their Section 11 responsibilities.
