Swim Social Work Team are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker in the Leaving Care Team based in Cambridgeshire. This is a 7 month, full time position.

Your job will be to:
*Support Young People who are either in care or leaving care in managing the transition to adulthood, such as managing a tenancy, budgeting and life skills.
*Holding a caseload of Young People
*Responsible for completing assessment and care plans
*Responding to day to day issues and crisis situations

You must have the following experience:
*At least 3 years post qualification experience
*Experience of Leaving Care
*Knowledge of the following areas - mental health, EET, housing, drug and alcohol misuse, working with asylum seekers

You will need the following qualifications:
*Social Work degree / DIPSW
*GSCC registration
