Job description:
Content Editor: Person must be intimately familiar with editing knowledgebase articles for a support staff.
This person must be extremely detail oriented.
They will need to implement the centralized process (with direction from FTE), test it by actually performing the audits, refine it and prep it for roll out to another team.
