Essential Job Functions:
Provide Citrix XenApp technical support for systems residing at our data centers in Blue Ash and Hamilton as well as remote enterprise support of our distributed sites and off-shore users where needed.
Provide Terminal Services r2 technical support for systems residing at our data centers in Blue Ash and Hamilton.
Provide Citrix XenDesktop technical support for systems and users residing at our data centers in Blue Ash and Hamilton as well as remote enterprise support of our distributed sites and off-shore users where needed.
Implementing Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop solutions for projects with users, applications, operations, and technical support teams. This includes following detailed server designs for given application solutions.
Work with vendors on upgrades and/or problem resolutions within an Citrix environment.
Provide world-class support of the physical and virtual server infrastructures and meet and exceed our customers SLAs
Stay informed about the industrys best practices in this area of support and uses that knowledge to deliver and maintain high level of quality and value added services from the team.
Requirements:
The ideal candidates should possess:
Strong Knowledge/Experience XenApp 5/6.
Knowledge/Experience XenDesktop 5.
Knowledge/Experience Citrix Streaming Profiler.
Knowledge/Experience using Windows 2008r2.
Familiar with Web Interface, Edgesight, Password Manager, and MS and Citrix Licensing Servers.
Familiar with VMware ESX/VSphere/XenServer technology.
Very strong documentation and technical writing skills are required.
Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision with ability to multi-task (required).
Good analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management skills are required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple project assignments, concurrently.
