Description
We have several openings for User Acceptance Technicians (UAT) that have experience working within a Call Center, HelpDesk, or 1st response type role. These are long-term, contract opportunities located in North Dallas, TX. Must be able to work rotating shifts (includes 2 weekends of the month), and participate in OT and callback coverage if necessary.
DUTIES:
1. The technician will be responsible to validate, document, and communicate the test results for account migration.
2. The technician will utilize predefined test scripts to validate operations roles/responsibilities and have proper access rights to the ticket system and participate in the UAT.
3. The technician will be responsible to sign-off on a successful UAT, document the results and communicate results.
4. The technician will be required to document and report on UAT issues/failures.
REQUIRED:
1. 6 months to 3 years experience working within a Call Center, HelpDesk, or in a 1st response role that required logging, tracking, and processing a incident, problem, or change ticket.
2. Experience working with Workflow Process Tools such as Remedy, Altiris, Aranda, CA, etc.
3. Experience working with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
4. Participation in User Acceptance Test for process, software, hardware, deployments, etc.
5. Experience using Workflow Process tools.
