Description
We are looking for several Network/Architecture Engineers! These are long term, contract opportunities located in North Dallas, Texas.
DUTIES:
1. Verifying and implementing the detailed technical design solution to the problem as identified by the Project/Technical Manager.
2. Providing a detailed technical design for enterprise solutions
3. Advanced network engineering and architecture skills.
4. Ability to lead a team of network engineers to deliver network improvement for the client.
5. Strong client facing and strategic planning skills.
6. Collect and determine data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements.
7. Respond to requests for technical information from customers.
8. Develop customer technology solutions using various industry products and technologies.
REQUIRED:
1. At least 5 years experience in advanced network engineering and architecture skills.
2. Expansive knowledge of networking hardware, including Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
3. Expert level capabilities within the Microsoft Office suite of tools, especially Excel and Visio.
4. Extreme focus on attention to detail and with sense of urgency.
5. Knowledge of IP, including TCP, UDP, NATing, OSPF, BGP.
EDUCATION:
If more than 10 years experience - education is not a factor. Bachelors degree is required if individual has more than 10 years experience.
