Our customer, a Global Defence Organisation and Primary contractor to the MoD is seeking two RCM Analysts/Engineers to carry out Reliability Centred Maintenance ( RCM ) Analysis of Military Aircraft Systems. Duties will include carrying out RCM analysis, Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis and Supplier RCM Analysis.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out Reliability Centred Management (RCM) for a number of aircraft systems. The results of the analysis will be required to be documented within the Logistic Support Analysis Record (LSAR)
- Providing inputs from existing and new analysis to the Improvements Manager and the Manage Maintenance Manage to support maintenance optimisation
- Ensuring that their output meets the defined business needs in terms of quantity, quality and schedule
- Close liaison and working with the supportability and technical publication teams and Warton, the in-service support team and the Customer.
Skills/Experience Required
- Experience in RCM, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree analysis, Supplier RCM analysis
- Experience of RCM in a design or support engineering environment together with relevant engineering qualifications
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities, providing evidence based recommendations, formulating implementation plans, and where approved, delivering against these plans
- HNC/HND or above
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
